Despite significant infrastructure and authority constraints, the project delivers a landmark retail environment that exemplifies King Living’s commitment to design excellence. Jacob ToyotaThe project involved replacing a 16-year-old single-storey showroom with a larger showroom incorporating a dramatic two-storey void over the car display area and a dominating façade along the main road. The façade was enhanced by a new undercover service drop-off structure. Design alignment with the Toyota facility “START” manual was critical. Middle Harbour Marine RescuePerched over Sydney’s Middle Harbour, this Marine Rescue facility responds to a picturesque environment with a curved feature facade and angular roof planes pitched over glazed highlights, flooding the interiors with indirect natural light and creating a striking harbourfront landmark from all directions. Challenges of building over water into sand were resolved without compromising the building’s impact. Lexus Chatswood ShowroomThis premium fit-out marked the first in the new Lexus rollout, setting a benchmark for future locations. The facility was extensively refurbished to embody Lexus’s updated brand principles, delivering a sophisticated, high-end environment that has elevated the customer experience and reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence. The client’s personal involvement added special features to the landmark dealership. Moorebank McGrathThis 8,800 sqm warehouse and office facility in Moorebank was designed to optimise both functionality and presence. A detailed feasibility study considered multiple scenarios, including multi-occupancy layouts and façade options, to achieve a balance between operational efficiency and architectural impact. The design incorporates durable, high-quality materials and careful spatial planning to support warehouse operations while providing a professional office environment. Completed under a CDC, the project delivers a facility that meets client requirements and presents a strong visual identity within the industrial precinct. JLR BondiThis project delivered a high-end retail fit-out in Bondi Junction, establishing a boutique outlet with a memorable brand presence for Jaguar Landrover. The design and project management spanned the full process—from concept development through to final completion with multiple stakeholders.
